Group Coaching

Web 2.0 - Dana Centre event     ADD to life Group Coaching is a program that is dedicated to support individuals whose lives are affected by ADHD. We do this by organizing and facilitating group coaching gatherings, tailored for each person’s life. Our clients call into a bridge line to connect with others who are working through similar life challenges and receive both one on one coaching and witness the coaching of others who are struggling with similar issues. This helps to foster compassion, connectivity and community. Group coaching is an inexpensive and convenient way to move forward and take the steps needed to balance your ADHD life.  ADD Group Coaching is beneficial to the individual with ADHD because participants have:

  • Access to  ADD coaching at a more affordable price
  • Access to the experience and wisdom of the group members
  • The possibility for passive as well as active learning
  • Larger structure for accountability, support, and growth
  • Potential for supportive connections outside the group
  • Synergy to move forward faster

ADD to Life Group Coaching creates community and a new way to experience the abundance of information found in both the media and on the web. We allow those with ADHD to learn and grow in a supportive community.
