Set the Tone

New_Year_2010
For many, Monday is a day to plan and to make plans for the upcoming week. However, today marks the begining of the last week of 2009. As we prepare to “ring in” the New Year on Friday, our Monday schedules and to-do lists may be more focused on entertaining, social events or celebrations. The work-week is gratefully short but it’s a tough week to start something new.

I suggest that you spend this week setting the tone for 2010. Ask yourself these five questions:

  1. What do I need to complete from 2009?
  2. Which accomplishments from the past year am I the most proud of?
  3. Which events from 2009 bring a smile to my face?
  4. What were my challanges?
  5. What do I intend to do, be or have in 2010?

January is a perfect time of year to gain insite from the past, while looking at the new year ahead.

What do you want for 2010?

After you take time to reflect, and if you think you are ready to work with a coach, call me. Together we can set the tone and create your best year ever!

Happy New Year!

We are all at different stages of this journey — either just diagnosed or diagnosed several years back. However, the common theme is:  No matter where we are, there is much to be learned from the wisdom of others.
